  I coordinated the Globe's overseas work with students and teachers in Europe, Asia, and North America, including overseeing all the logistics on the China project. This was a one year research project working with schools and teachers in Zhengzhou, Henan province. I coordinated all logistics for the project and organised two conferences in Zhengzhou and Beijing in July 2019 to share our findings, travelling to China with the C.E.O. and Head of Learning to oversee the smooth-running of the events.   Working on the Academy's international strategy, in addition to supporting members of the Senior Management Team.I helped to devise and launch the Sir Elton John Global Exchange Programme and now manage its operations. Project managed the Academy’s submission to REF2021.Manage Student Hardship Funds and a portfolio of external awards. I am also a member of the Staff Social Group, working with colleagues to put on events to enhance staff wellbeing and build connections across the organisation. Show less
