      Served as a correspondent (2005-2007) then Press Chief in charge of correspondents (2008) and eventually general editor for the paper (2008-2009). Correspondents are responsible for developing sources and contacts to identify news stories. They conducted interviews and photography/image creation as necessary to report interesting, accurate news coverage and feature stories with relevance to Marine Corps Base Quantico and the surrounding area.
