  As a Ministry Coordinator, my base responsibilities revolved around planning and executing weekly worship services. The music-related portion of my job involved scheduling and training volunteer musicians/vocalists, planning the flow of a ministry night, coordinating digital files for use on screens, and leading from the platform on a weekly basis. Outside of these responsibilities, I performed any and all tasks that I was called upon to do, from learning to edit long and short form video during the pandemic, to designing t-shirts for major events.
