  13 month internship at HP as a part of my degree at Northumbria University.During my placement at HP I've been given the opportunity to experience two different roles to gain better understanding of the company and its different business departments. My first role involved working alongside graduate managers as a 'Graduate Hub Operations' to help them arrange and facilitate various activities in recruitment of new graduates. I was also the main point of contact for various jobs around the office. I've also worked as a PM support on a large project with Procter & Gamble, and I was responsible for taking minutes during conference calls, calculating CPI and SPI & producing Monthly Customer Report, as well as producing the Deliverables and Billing Milestones Acceptance Form and tracking and recording Omega team hours. My second role involved working on Knowledge Management team, where I had to ensure the accuracy of knowledge articles, liaise with the client and 3rd party suppliers to agree on accuracy of articles, upload & update articles on relevant tools to support problem management, maintain large database of KA’s as well as process analysis and improvementDuring my time at HP I have developed analytical and problem solving skills by supporting problem management, process analysis and improvements. I have also improved my organisational and time management skills.In addition I've been heavily involved in the promotion of Health & Safety on Cobalt Campus.
