Whilst working at Nirvana Spa part-time alongside my studies, I was able to gain key consumer insight and primary research into the topic. I crafted four distinct project aims which became my marketing strategies, including the development of a prototype app, a dynamic social media plan, an impactful website update and an engaging marketing event for the identified, segmented and targeted audience. This initiative aimed to enhance SEO and user experience across DHL's websites for 156 countries, actively contributing to over 70 website builds and maintenance tasks. Additionally, I took on a BAU alignment role, overseeing task coordination between team leaders to streamline daily operations and enhance project efficiency. I was responsible for integrating ready-to-publish content into DHL's CMS system, overseeing the deployment of content across the country sites. I also managed the localization of content based on stakeholder requests, engaging with stakeholders of varying seniority levels to ensure alignment. Furthermore, I conducted technical testing during release cycles and go-lives, utilizing tools like screaming frog and link-checker technology for precise testing. I also played a key role in coordinating large-scale translation workflows within the DHL CMS platform. I handled ticket creation and refinement using Jira to track content creation progress effectively. Additionally, I upheld DHL's global standards, ensuring compliance with guidelines and providing support on UX topics and analysis when needed.Moreover, I led the onboarding process for 15 new team members, developing training materials and interactive quizzes to ensure a smooth transition. I also conducted training sessions to promote team collaboration and efficiency, ultimately supporting the Content 2.0 project deadlines.
