      As Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, I worked closely with LMCC's President and Board to define a vision for growth and to create and implement new fundraising, marketing, programming, and operations strategies to meet organizational goals. Current responsibilities include: managing an eight-person IA Department, including all development and marketing staff responsible for creating and implementing fundraising and marketing campaigns for all internal / external stakeholders; leading LMCC's spring gala, which gathers and honors some of NYC's most important civic and corporate leaders and acclaimed artists to raise $1M each year; and collaborating with the Director of Finance on creation and reforecasting of LMCC's annual $6M budget, including earned and unearned revenue projections, cashflow management, and financial planning.
