  Activities and Societies: First Chair In Music Groups Leader of Herald Trumpet Group President of Dcrew Student Body Mascot "The Man" Student Personal My time at Dixie was one of the best in my life.I got a great opportunity to learn knowledge which is applicable to business administration. The hands on learning and community work truly helped. I also excelled in public speaking and marketing. The math classes and accounting also helped sharpen my problem solving skills. On the other side I did four years of instrumentation through band, performance, and theory classes. I was in charge of the herald trumpet as well as first chair in two ensemble. I enjoyed unveiling the final product on stage with my team. Finally, I helped and participated in Dcrew, which is the local spirit group for the school. After a year, I became president and soon the mascot of the organization. I was called the man, who wore a bright red suit and tie. I was the Master of Ceremonies for almost all events and hosting tailgates. I helped engage students, and families and crowds, as well as ran activities to engage and enroll students. Show less
