These pivots drove company growth from less than $200K in booked annual revenue to approaching $1.3M in booked annual revenue.- Oversaw all aspects of the development of the Cloudbridge platform, including managing the development team, defining the roadmap, designing architecture, authoring detailed design documents, leading daily sprint meetings, tracking overall progress, and implementing new features.- Eliminated key performance limitations in the platform runtime which allowed RPA tasks to be run at a much larger scale with much fewer resources. Overall system memory consumption dropped by more than 90%, CPU usage dropped by more than 50%, and sustained load on related cloud resources was decreased by over 90%.- Trained development staff on new technologies, reviewed code, and ensured that overall quality of work was constantly improving.- Provided support to customers as required to ensure that they maintained optimal performance with the platform.
