      • Analyzing data from utilization and ticket monitoring tools, alongside using ITIL methodologies like Capacity management, problem management and availability management to ensure services that the customers (mostly medium to big scale companies) buy from Verizon are of top quality and customer get the best bang out of their buck.• Using CCNA and networking skills to do initial troubleshooting and/or detect any underlying SPOFs and finding measures to eliminate or avoid them.• Working in collaboration to other teams in Verizon to get updates for the customer on incidents/tickets.       • Provide on call support, both inbound and outbound along with email support where we used to directly deal with stakeholders of McDonalds USA supporting over 14,000 stores in USA.• Major responsibilities included maintaining high uptime of network at these stores by performing L1 troubleshooting on the network which was provided by HPE Aruba.• The networks we supported included controllers/gateways, switches and access points.• Variety of topologies at these different stores were documented and monitored and supported as required which included High Availability sites while ensuring reliability and high uptime.• The process also included replacement of these devices and getting them set-up under a defined SLA ensuring store’s business doesn’t get impacted.• Also worked with several ISPs to maintain internet connectivity at the store as majority of the business at the store relied on it.• Using tools like Service Now for documenting the tickets/incidents and other proprietary tools from Aruba to make sure the network at each of these stores complies with the SLA.
