  My mission is to make sure that projects are clearly explained and delivered to team members. Using PERT and CPM as planning and control tools help me in accurate evaluation of a project time-frame, budget, milestones and do right estimations. I successfully implement conflict management techniques to overcome any obstacles arisen during team work. I have been managing many Software development projects where I was implementing my skills as Projects Manager and Scrum Master. As project manager I follow basic management standards and use tools for successful implementation of different projects. Implementation of task management, task planning and prototyping, helping to determine project goals clearly and achieve high results. As Scrum Master and Product Owner I follow Agile Manifesto and implement all necessary work for each team. Basically, I organize and manage user stories, product backlogs, sprints, daily meetings, release plannings. I prepare progress reports and burndown charts. During the project planning period I successfully build basic work flow diagram and gant charts. I use tools such as: Jira, Trello and MS Project. Show less
