  During my month-long Sales Administration Internship at Vos Voco, a tech startup in the industrial sector, I focused on identifying potential clients and streamlining sales processes. Vos Voco addresses the need for system integration to achieve cost savings and quality improvements for businesses, particularly SMEs. My primary task was to act as a Sales Administrator, utilising tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Zoho CRM to identify prospects and manage leads effectively. I learned about combo-prospecting techniques and trigger events to engage potential customers. By integrating these tools, I created a seamless process for managing sales and customer data, generating reports to track performance and marketing efforts with the help of the founder of Vos Voco, Derek Silby. As a result of my internship, I am confident that Vos Voco is poised to expand its client base and compete effectively in the market, and I have been equipped with the necessary skills to work in a sales environment.I developed strong customer service skills through combo-prospecting, engaging potential clients, and addressing their needs effectively. I honed my data entry proficiency while managing leads and sales records in Zoho CRM. Furthermore, I gained expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, utilising these tools to create presentations, analyse data, and format information for the use of other members and me. Show less
