      A senior management role reporting directly to the General Manager. This role involved overseeing all the operational aspects of the organisation with responsibility for 65 employees. As Lean co-ordinator I reported directly to the operations manager and led the company through a Lean programme, training staff and implementing programmes using Lean tools to make the company a more effective and efficiently run organisation, this lead to direct savings of €450,000. As distribution manager I reported directly to the operations manager. In this role I determined the work load of the manufacturing and shipping departments which consisted of 35 employees and managed these departments to set goals, including On Time in Full, Number of Complaints, Daily Dispatch Values, Units Filled, and Lead Time with 65 dispatches per day and a 95% on time in full performance. I reported directly to the operations manager and liaised with the marketing, shipping and quality departments to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of manufactured product to distribution warehouse. This involved managing 15 employees with 3500 units delivered per day. I planned the workings of the Chemical manufacture area and supervised 5 employees which produced 60 batches per week .
