Due to lack of employment scenarios in the vicinity, local tribes were getting engulfed into multiple bad activities which were leading to degradation of sanctuary's ecosystem. During this tenure, worked around creating vocational training programs related to basket weaving, carpet making and organic farming. Also worked extensively with multiple NGOs for enabling commercial viability of these hand-made products wherein Naandi foundation partnership helped our project team to find marketplace for hand-made products by these villagers.
