      Activities and Societies: The Fellow Ship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Florida Southern College Men's Basketball Team-Team captain I was a member of the Men's Basketball Team. I was also apart of the Fellowship of Chrisitian Athletes (FCA). I worked and attended school through the summers and was able to earn my first degree (Psychology) in 3 years. After which I proceeded to obtain a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration.

The duties of an ESSI include prioritizing and processing a broad range of paperwork and entering data into a computer-based eligibility system, while adhering to time sensitive agency deadlines.

      -Managed a team of 4 case managers.-Continuously analyzed service needs for over 100 children. -Facilitated services to meet 2.5Million budget requirements-Managed frontline aspects of human resources such as training, hiring, disciplinary action(s), and termination.-Prepared and presented legal reports to Court-Mentored and trained staff regarding operating procedures, statues, and best case management practices. -Backed up front line staff by conducting field work, cover court hearings and preparing critical documents when necessary to ensure timeframes and contract measures were met. -Provided career counseling and support for young adults preparing to exit foster care.-Continuously encouraged the supported staff, maintained morale and counseled staff on personal and occumpational self management. Show less This position involves providing resources to families reported to the Department of Children and Families for child abuse and /or neglect. As a Care manager I was responsible for creating care plans that reflect the needs of various families. I was the liaison between the families, community providers, and Dependency Court. I worked alongside the Care Coordinator to insure the families had whatever services and supports were available in the community while simultaneously providing reports to the court to ensure the safety of the children and progress of the parents remained the focal point.
