  With 25+ years of EHS, Training, and Claims Management experience in the Construction Industry I took the leap to be my own boss. Over the years I watched smaller and minority contractors struggle with the strenuous requirements of safety and health standards while navigating through paying the bills. Most of these contractors could not invest the $100k per year that it cost to hire and maintain an in-house Safety Professional. So my goal is to provide that experience and leadership to clients at a fraction of the cost. By maintaining a nucleolus client base who I serve as their EHS Director, I am able to provide EHS training to both English and Spanish speaking employees along with responding to various other request by one-off and repeat clients. Over the years I have developed a network of knowledgeable, common sense, Safety Professionals who I know employee to service my clients with the same passion that I have for the Industry and it's employees.
