  We partner with Houston’s non-profits to locate and protect the medical records for Houston’s homeless. My brother-in-law has been living on the streets most of his life. He never really needed medical care until November 2017 when he was diagnosed with Colo-rectal cancer.I became his Patient Advocate in the same manner as a community non-profit. So, began our constant visits to many doctors - primary care, oncologists, pain management, etc. and our constant need to relate medical status to new doctors as he went in and out of different insurance programs.We started Patient Advocate Central to offer a central database of stored medical records (Personal Health Records), to those in greatest need – the homeless and indigent populations that are typically served by community non-profits.The Central web site helps:- You, Non-profit Case Managers locate and store timely and accurate information that health providers need.- Government agencies that need medical information for disability and other benefits.- Family members who are also patient advocates and help maintain and share the load of patient advocacy.Today my brother-in-law has an apartment, on disability, has Medicaid and is cancer free.We can help you help others too.www.patientadvocateportal.com Show less
