  My role expanded to include tracking website visits using Google Analytics, creating social media ad campaigns for our content, and managing digital projects, such as the redesign of our website. I managed content migration and communication with our web design team and IT department, and offered input on how the new website should look and operate. We moved to a more user-friendly CMS and used a responsive design. With this redesign, we improved our mobile traffic, boosted our organic search results, and doubled our overall web traffic.I wrote several feature stories and 30 Under 30 profiles for the magazine, and contributed to compiling Smart Manufacturing magazine's Tech Front section. I managed our website, digital newsletters and social media accounts. Our audience continued to show impressive growth, with 18K+ followers on Twitter and 7K+ on Facebook. I was hired just as the department was preparing to launch its new website. The move was an entrance into the digital arena for the traditionally print-focused company. I posted and edited content for the new website, grew our social media presence on Facebook and Twitter, and became the resident expert on our content management system.
