The homeowner would schedule an appointment for me to come provide an estimate for their remodeling needs from a replacement roof, new exterior siding, window replacements, sunroom, finished basement project or home edition. I was tasked with providing the homeowner with a full demonstration of our company’s services and the products we would installing and if the homeowner was interested in our services through our comprehensive consultative sales process, I would then conduct an initial site inspection, collect initial measurements and write out the full scope of the project in order to provide a comprehensive quote. The homeowner would sign their project agreement and a deposit was paid and the project was scheduled. I was a successful sales consultant until I left at the height of the 2008 Housing Market Crash and the subsequent economic recession. Show less

Our Team won several company awards as we held a 99% occupancy rate for this A-Class 350 unit garden style apartment community. Lifetime Fitness was a publicly traded company at that time so after I was hired, they had me travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Minnesota to receive formal Membership Sales Training through a standardized weeklong course. After completing the course, I was sent back to Plano and became a valued member of the membership sales team. I made 100+ Cold Calls per day to prospective members and former members to entice them with our monthly promotions to return or visit the club and sign up for a membership. Once a member was signed up, I was also tasked with being that members liaison and point of contact for all things Lifetime as a sort of concierge. Once I passed my proctored exam and was a certified personal trainer, I had to leave Lifetime Fitness in order to gain experience as a Trainer with a goal of returning as a highly qualified Trainer since the club would not hire me as a Trainer due to my lack of experience.
