About me

Prof. Dr Parul Agarwal is presently working as Dean - Faculty of Commerce & Management with SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana. She is a former Dy. Director and Professor of Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education, Pune. (SCCE) Former Dean and Director as well as Chairperson(Research), School of Management, JECRC University, Jaipur. Prof. Agarwal is a proactive Academician, Researcher, Administrator who sets high standards for herself and the Institute as a whole. In association with H.C.M. (RIPA) OTS, Jaipur, she successfully completed many projects. She also completed a project namely Textile Park in Kota for J.K. Synthetics. She has been working as Dean-Director for the past 10 years in AICTE approved management institutes. She was associated with many prestigious organisations like Birla Institute of Management & Technology, HCM (RIPA) OTS, Jaipur; J.K.Synthetics,etc. She has handled work related to approval from AICTE, NAAC, Affiliations and Institute's Ranking and she also conducted MDP’s, FDP’s, Conferences, Seminars, Workshops etc. which is her forte. She has vast experience of more than two decades in Academics, Research and Industry she worked with J.K. Synthetics, Kota and Multimetals, Kota . She has been an Internal Auditor to Vice-President ISO9001 while working with Multimetals, Kota. She has immense exposure of TQM, KAIZEN, LPS, COSI and CSI and has attended considerable training and workshops by Eicher Consultants. She has also presented many research papers at National / International Conferences in Bangkok etc. and published many papers in National / International Journals. 4 PhD scholars have been awarded PhD Degrees under her guidance 1. She is empanelled as expert RDC (Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun) She has authored 4 books and co-authored many National / International publications.
