  Throughout my time in La Creme Patisserie, I have taken up many roles in the business including- Bakery Operative, Delivery Driver, Facilitator, Distributions and Stock controlSome of the things i am expected to do are--Preparation work-Baking -Decorating -Chocolate work-Cleaning -Delivering -Stock control-Distributing goods By working for the company for over 5 years I've had a range of opportunities to improve and develop new skills such as -Time management - working to strict deadlines in order to create,package and distribute to customersTeamwork- Here at La Creme we all work together to get the best quality products to the customers plate. Leadership/Sales- Managing our teams in everyday work as well as events, such as The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Gloucester food festival.Baking- Prior to working for La Creme Patisserie i had no profesional experience in baking.
