  Project Director for the $729m Sydney Football Stadium Redevelopment (SFSR). INSW were tasked with the delivery of this project by the Premier of NSW, in collaboration with the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust (SC&SGT), the owner and operator of the venue.My responsibilities on this project included procurement, design management, client brief development, stakeholder engagement, reporting, program and budget management. A key highlight was the successful delivery of a Reference Design on time and on budget, in a three-month period, with a team of over 20 different disciplines. Show less

  Following my role as Project Director for the Sydney Football Redevelopment (SFSR) at Infrastructure NSW, I provided Project Director services to the owner and operator of the venue, the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust (SCGT). My role involved assisting the SCGT through the delivery process across Planning, Design and Construction. It involved close collaboration with INSW, the delivery agency, their design team and senior SCGT management to ensure the Project delivers the best venue experience in Australia when it opens in 2022. I also provided assistance on other Capital works projects including replacement facilities for those displaced by the SFS construction.   Project management and management consulting services across a range of sectors including Sports and Leisure, Arts and Culture and Commercial. I provided Project Director services to the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust on their unique Sports Precinct. This has included the Allianz Stadium Redevelopment, SCG master plan, and other master plan opportunities. I assisted the SCGT with the full life cycle of their infrastructure including master planning, business cases, briefing, design management, procurement, audits and remediation works in this fan first sports and entertainment precinct. I was also seconded as project director to INSW overseeing the reference design and Stage 1 procurement of the $829m SFS redevelopment project. In addition to these major projects I provided strategic advice to councils on their sports facilities including suburban stadia and sporting hubs, and operational planning for a major cultural and innovation precinct.
