  Oceansaver is a world-famous manufacturer of ballast water treatment systems and the first to be certified by DNV, USCG, etc. I started commissioning job on Oceansaver BWTS equipments in 2012 and became a member of Oceansaver family in 2013.I am mainly responsible for the whole commissioning and warranty task of the project. Such as making the commissioning plan, guiding the installation of equipment. Carry out customer training, return visit, remote guidance, etc. Help new staff to analysis and solve problems on site.Make troubleshooting, remote assistance and guidance and so on.Make commissioning plan, communicate with customer in time and report work progress to headquarter until project completion.Responsible for supervison of installation, maintenance and commissioning of system equipment (including large filter, water supply pump, sewage pump, sampling pump, electromagnetic pump, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, flow meter, electromagnetic valve, pneumatic valve, hydraulic valve, PLC, frequency converter, heater, rectifier, UPS, etc.)Ensure efficient, safe and normal operation of company equipment.Timely repair and record the defect equipment or parts and provide assistance to colleagues during commissioning and service period.Answer the technical questiones of customers and solve the problems in time.Visit customers regularly to learn about product usage, customer demand information and market information, and propose improvement/optimization suggestions for existing products/equipment.Be proficient in customer training and after-sales service, timely answer customer questions and feedback of product quality information.Perform quantified work on a regular basis, and be able to handle and resolve tasks independently.Use Siemens PLC software s7-300 (S7)/s7-1200 (TIA Portal)HMI Software: SIEMENS Wincc(SCADA)/WinccFlexible(HMI)/TIA PortalCommunication protocol: Modbus/Prifibus/Profinet/NEMADebug and upgrade the control system.
