Working with a team to shoot and edit promotional videos for the school. Leading a team of students in designing the school's e-Newsletter which will be put up on the school's website.

  - Collaborated with the AIESEC in Malaysia National Team to strategize growth initiatives for Global Volunteer product development.- Designed two educational cycles to enhance Opportunity Provider sales competencies for entity leaders.- Conducted four first meetings with potential partners, successfully securing one Opportunity Provider for a Local Committee to pilot the Global Volunteer program in February 2025.- Facilitated group coaching sessions for five local committees, providing guidance and gathering insights into their performance. Show less - Led a department total consisting of 14 members to run an AIESEC leadership event product named Youth Speak Forum on 6th-7th July 2024 (SDG8) and 14th December 2024 (SDG13).- Oversee the operations of the event such as agenda flow, session content, budget, logistics and delegate servicing to ensure an outstanding experience for the youths participating.- Oversee the partnerships formation of the team, to ensure quality partnership experience is delivered from generating LEADs to closing meeting.- Oversee the marketing of the event such as physical initiatives, digital marketing and merchandise sales to attract youths to join our event.- Conducted L&D spaces for members in the team to upskill their competency and leadership building.- Liaised with relevant stakeholders such as the marketing team and business development team on promotion of the event and managing sponsorships.- Successfully formed a total of 28 partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations.- Impacted 76 youths that has attended the events on topics of youth unemployment and climate action respectively.- Achieved an average of 9.1 NPS Score from partners and 8.7 NPS Score from youths attended. Show less - Led a new team of 8 to plan a social community project, Empowering Equalities 11.0 which focuses on SDG10 (Reduced Inequalities), which is raising awareness of the refugee community in Malaysia and assisting in refugee integration into Malaysian society.- Involved in the volunteers' selection process, planning of project key activities, partnership acquisition, membership experience management, etc.- Aimed to impact about 40 refugee children by raising funds for them and providing in-kind sponsorship.- Currently raised about RM6,000 for refugee children’s education and project sustainability.- Successfully formed partnerships with 8 external organisations/individuals with a like-minded vision to collaborate on our project.- Successfully recruited 12 youths to volunteer in our project.
