  Xu LabsWorking on the Fast and High-throughput Analysis of cryo-Electron Tomograms reveals Visual Proteomics of SARS-Cov-2 under Dr. Min Xu and Mostofa Rafid Uddin.• Provided one of the best parameter values for Saliency Detection on the tomograms via analysis and performed the same. • Performed DoG(Difference of Gaussian) Particle Picking on the tomograms. • Preperation of the protien data banks to the MRC(electron tomography) file for the Template Matching. • Reconstruction raw subtomograms for further analysis using Etomo. • Clustering the subtomograms using DISCA using Tensorflow. • All the activities are being done on High Performance Computing Clusters owned by CMU.
