   Responsible for 3w category’s P&L and growth at Delhi NCR region for the India’s largest intra-city on demand logistics solution provider having the monthly revenues of above 10cr.  Improved GM and CM levels by 4% and 6% respectively at YoY basis through implementation of Take rate increase and strategically reducing partner side burn.  Improved 3Wheeler Fulfilment levels from 67% to 75% while growing the category business by 300% YoY.  Initiated and implemented successful strategic partnerships with multiple 3PL providers for growth of the category improving the contribution of electric fleet from 25% to 80% currently.  Recalibrated the complete pricing of the 3 wheeler category at Delhi while improving the customer acquisition rate.  Reduced cancellations and delay by developing a model for behaviour correction based upon the carrot and stick methodology.  Improved partner Earnings on platform by improving the dedicated fleet percentage from 10% to 27%.  Concocted a successful Rewards and Recognition model for supply retention during peak seasons.  Initiated Partner welfare programme which aim at providing added values to the partner on porter platform which is now being scaled up to pan India level at Porter.
