I have operated in a self-employed consultancy role, advising clients in many areas of how to get the best use of their estate assets and make best capacity and space usage from cluttered and poorly used environments. Planning with client Project Managers and M&E engineers in outsourced FM environments and currently lead a team of Direct Labour staff of varying levels, from senior managers and engineers to trades people.
