  As a site manager, I am in charge of all the functions on the site to secure production, finally to deliver the best quality cuttings with the interest of the customers. As a production manager I was in charge to oversee all the growing activities like;Planning, receiving starter materials, feeding, using protection chemicals or biological products to produce pest-free crops, transplanting to the production stock, harvesting quality products, packing on time then deliver the best crop to the customers. follow and controlling all growing activities of geranium plant on 14 hector while managing about 350 workers then deliver quality product, finally secure customer satisfaction. Responsible on all growing activities of geranium plant. Control and check as all working procedures are going well, finally assuring as quality product or cuttings delivered. Working on the customer feedback, giving training to improve the quality also the main part of it. Assisting the head grower and following all the growing activity on Geranium plant,
