Show less Instant Payments Market Impact AnalysisIn 2020, Brazil launched PIX, an instant payment system that transformed the market by offering faster transactions with lower fees.This project aimed to analyze PIX’s market impact and assess its implications for Elo’s business model, despite limited quantitative data in its early months.Key Deliverables:• Developed hypotheses on potential business impacts, including changes in client behavior and needs, which could affect product usage and, consequently, revenue.• Managed the collection of data through approximately 15 employees directly connected with clients and business partners (issuers, merchants, and acquirers) to understand the adoption of PIX in their businesses.• Provided a comprehensive analysis of short-term adoption trends and market movements.• Proposed Elo’s strategic positioning and identified new revenue opportunityKey Results & Achievements: • Based on the current adoption scenario of PIX in Brazil, I can confirm that most of the hypotheses were accurate: high customer adoption, driven by strong market influence and usage, with a direct medium-to-long-term impact for Elo. Show less Platform migration ProjectElo was undergoing an Agile Transformation, including the adoption of the OKR methodology to replace traditional goal setting. One of the key success factors for this transition was an effective results-tracking system (based on OKR methodology).When I took on this challenge, the NPS score of the existing system was close to 0, with widespread negative employee feedback. This directly impacted team productivity and tracking processes.Key Responsibilities:• Diagnosed the problem by gathering employee feedback, conducting leadership interviews, and mapping user pain points through empathy frameworks and field analysis.• Selected a new system to enhance performance tracking, aligning with both team needs and company objectives.• Led the implementation of the new system, ensuring a smooth transition with no data loss.
