Field visit to assigned sites on daily basis and prepare visual evidence of progress of workMaintaining Measuring Books for all Works-related items as per the BOQ and Specifications contained in the RFP issued to the contractors for ‘Rectification of Classrooms Construction’, and submit to the Senior Engineer on weekly basis; Verify quality of Works as per American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM), and Building Code of Pakistan 2007. Preparation of fortnightly and monthly progress reports including financial progress and its submission to the Senior Engineer. Check and verify that every bill for payment submitted by the contractor(s) is in line with the agreed milestones and specifications; and forward all such duly verified bills to the Senior Engineer for verification.
