Area 5,950 sq m; Budget $40 million. David Livingstone Elementary School, Vancouver, BC • Seismic Upgrade of existing school. Area 4,350 sq m; $17.3 million budget. Under construction. Lord Byng Secondary School, Vancouver, BC• Seismic Upgrade of remaining 4 blocks. Area 4,620 sq m; $18.2 million budget. Completed 2021.FEASIBILITY STUDIES (PDRs) • Completed PDRs for the following elementary and secondary school projects (2017-2020) and secured funding from the BC Ministry of Education (MOE). o Elementary Schools: Bayview, Sir Matthew Begbie, General Wolfe, Edith Cavell, David Lloyd George, Dr. George M. Weir, Lord Selkirk, Chief Maquinna, David Livingstone, Henry Hudson. o Secondary Schools: Lord Byng (Blocks 4-7) and Eric Hamber. PROCUREMENT• Managing procurement of design and construction contracts for the VPO.
