  I lead an employee training for reporting with MS Excel for the product managers.I developed an VBA-based tool to analyze the timing of customers cancellations.For my bachelor thesis I conducted a conjoint-analysis for a 1&1 cloud solution product. The topic was “Brand Awareness – The Importance of the Brand Name Compared to Technical Features”. Setting up a VBA based performance scorecard for the product management department. The Scorecard provides a multilateral view on the key performance indicators in order to compare product performance against forecast on product, department and geographical level.
