Merchandising• Ensure that SEPHORA’s merchandising concepts are set up and maintained at all times.• Ensure key product launches and initiatives are fully supported.• Maintain an area of pride program in store. Operations• Ensure compliance with all SEPHORA policies and procedures.• Maintain acceptable scores on the Audit.• Monitor stock levels on all inventory items.
