  At ERM I was focused on contaminated site assessment and remediation. I was responsible for all facets of contaminated site assessment from desktop phase 1 assessments right through to site validation reporting post remediation activities. I gained extensive construction / remediation site experience during my employment at ERM. I was the onsite environmental manager for large scale remediation projects in Sydney. On these projects I was responsible for the management of remediation contractors engaged to undertake remedial works. I was also responsible for the preparation of a number contaminated site assessment reports including Phase 2 investigations, Remedial Actions Plans and Contaminated Site Validation reports. This has given me an excellent understanding of issues associated with a number of different contaminants on a range of sites. It also gave me the analytical skills necessary to understand specific site issues and develop effective solutions to meet remediation goals. Show less

  At nghenvironmental I was project manager and lead author for a range of environmental planning documents (both private and government agencies) primarily for State Significant Development and Part 5 approvals under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.The majority of projects I have prepared environmental assessments for are large scale infrastructure projects across NSW and the ACT. This has given me experience in a wide range developments including linear infrastructure (roads and energy) and large wind farm developments. At RMS I am responsible for ensuring the land use planning and development assessment within the Hunter region is managed effectively. I manage the development assessment review process for RMS for all development applications sent to RMS for concurrence and/or consultation from the 15 local government areas within the Hunter region.
