      Led North America-based Experience Design PM team. Managed team of 7 Experience Design PMs, aligned team project portfolio with business priorities, and guided human-centered design project teams to create clear and actionable outcomes in the form of customer and systems requirements. Collaborated with engineering management to translate design intent into future product hardware and software experiences.Projects include experience design and requirements definition for next generation home EV charger experience design, next generation EV truck, future vehicle access and security features.Was also responsible for the implementation of new department processes to better define deliverables and improve cross-department collaboration.
