  I was fortunate to become a NCAA Division 1 Head Coach at the age of 30. JU's leadership with President Cost, former AD Donnie Horner and current AD Alex Ricker-Gilbert, paved the way for a young coach to develop his craft, while making plenty of mistakes. The opportunity to build a program with the support of a strong alumni & local community support was a privilege and a great learning experience . It was a privilege to coach and mentor hundreds of young men during their athletic college journey, many today that I call friends and peers. You never know if you are truly read to lead and al that comes with it (budget, fundraising, travel, inventory, hiring, firing, development/leadership program, etc) until you are in it. It's a wonderful thing and I'm thankful for that season in my life and the relationships I was able to build. Show less

  After 15+ years as a Division 1 college coach. I had the unique opportunity and the privilege to embark in a start up journey with a dear friend. Arrow was formed to guide and educate parents and athletes on the college recruiting process. Our aim is to walk families through and be a conduit between where they are and where they desire to go as a part of their journey. It's been a difficult but rewarding and learning experience to run a side project, while pursuing a full time career goals. It's been a passion project for my partner and I, and we are thankfully growing and expanding our services and reach slowly but surely. Show less
