  My responsibilities includes: 1. . Recruitment : I was able to recruit sales, marketing, customer care, accounts staff for co-orporate office and branches as we have Retail, Marketing, Solar and Franchisee wing. I used Naukri, linkedIn, indeed for sourcing the candidates. After recruitment, interviews scheduling and co-ordination, handling the HR part of interview. For selected candidates, I need to maintain their documents, on boarding process and induction matters. 2. Punching and Leave Management : We are running with in house software and I need to manage with retail, marketing, franchisee units of us. Daily punching updations and postings, weekly checking of the staffs, late report checking. Monthly checking and final posting to accounts section for payroll processing. 3. Letter Drafting: I was also meant to draft and prepare different kinds of office letters like Appointment letter, Reference letter, Recommendation letter, Promotion Letter, Agreement Letter Warning Letter, Termination Letter.4. Employee concerns: I need to hear with the employee concerns and suggestions from each of our managers and accordingly need to report it with the Director for further actions to be taken. 5. Events : I was also assigned in conducting day celebrations, events and other employee welfare activities.6.
