      I coordinated the rejuvenation of Loumidis Brand and made it attractive to a younger audience (25-35 years). At the end of my assignment in Loumidis I left a business of > 65 mio € and achieved a record value share of +70%During my term I developed a series of marketing campaigns and below the line promotional activities that generated a compound annual growth between 2006 to 2011 of 8.4% I successfully re-launched major products (Loumidis Archontikos, Loumidis Skouros) while I produced communication briefs for 7 tv campaigns including more than 35 tv spots, radio spots and outdoor posters. I successfully confronted the new market dynamics, the declining market share, a different culture and a young, inexperienced team.At the end of my expatriation, I reached a turnover of > 30 mio€, our NESCAFE 3in1 has gained 310bp, the team has developed significantly and the business has grown on double digit level for the years that followed. In a roast and ground dominated coffee market, I made Nescafe brand with the right communication and placement to be the preferable choice of youth. I developed a winning team by recruiting more than half of my 23 members team. I worked on the entire marketing mix by introducing consumer driven innovation (Bio products), expanding our presence in a larger number of pharmacies (both physical and e-pharmacies), I aligned NAN premium image with pricing and focused communication on our own assets mainly website and social platforms.
