  As a work readiness training facilitator my duties prior to the training entail the following *check with Lulalab call centre prior to training(register of class attendees)*check with facility manager *check the power/electricity*lay out tools needed for the day *check that attendees are settled in and comfortable Training is aimed at preparing attendees that will be going for interviews in various companys and equipping them with soft skills needed and can be applied in all areas of your lives most importantly in the workplace. The workshop duration is two(2) day. The main objectives for the workshop*To give an understanding of what you need to become a successful employee*Teaching practical skills that will improve chances in an interview and work situation *Help you understand that you are responsible for you *Show the importance of work experience MENTORING once the delegates have went through their interviews and placed in their respective workplaces.
