  I am a Network Engineer having nearly 4 years of experience in provisioning and troubleshooting layer 2 and 3 services (VPN/Internet) offered by Tier 1 Internet Service Provider. Working as a Technology Analyst (TA) at Infosys Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra. Identified as the Team Lead to handle and monitor team of network engineers and involved in recruiting and training of fresh hires.Configure NID (Network Interface Device) devices by understanding customer requirements such as bandwidth, speed, duplex, Class of Service Markings etc. and prepare the configurations accordingly. Ensure additional specials (e.g. Customer VLAN tagging, Handoff type etc.) are considered in the configurations.Test and validate the service provided by local vendors for the parameters set by client before handing service to customer. Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution.Uses standard procedures to troubleshoot and resolve any issues concerning the network. Works with other IT teams, customers and vendors to enhance the route performance. Needs to maintain simultaneous communication with the vendors and the team to ensure they remain updated on any issues.Regularly interact with the customers. Handles both the non-technical and technical requirements for the customer. Provides network assistance by working in close contact with the vendors and clients. Involves documentation of same by providing update in Client specific applications.Excellent communication skill on call for US/UK client/Vendor.
