      Managed and led the eircom Indirect Channel of 200+ Partners who are independent PBX resellers, ICT Solution providers, Telecoms Consultants and Web developers. I led with the Top 20 Partners personally to ensure Director level relationships were enhanced. My 5 Account Managers, 2 Solution Managers and 5 Sales Support staff, drove growth by providing excellent product training and sales support to our partners so that they could resell eircom access, broadband, data solutions and voice traffic into the SME, Enterprise and Government markets in the Republic of Ireland. I restructured this team to maximise growth in new wave areas such as data solutions +14% and voice traffic winback +200%I introduced quarterly Sales Incentives to international sporting events to motivate the Partners to achieve our topline objectives.I liaised with eircom Product, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a suite of fit for purpose products and services were made available to our Partners.As part of the Senior Management team I reported into the Director of the Business Markets.       Responsible for creating two new Indirect Sales Channels in SME Market. I launched the Partner Channel in the Three Retail stores (66 in total) to sell 3Connect Hosted VoIP solution in June 2021. This entailed building a virtual team from Three Retail, Propositions, Finance, Legal, IT and Partner Blueface to train 300+ staff online and instore; creating a commission model; building an incentive and automating the reporting function. I also manage the SME Online Sales, which includes leads from our Business Website into our sales teams. Working closely with our Digital, Propositions, Marcoms, CVM and Sales teams, has led to the development of content, and creating new relationships with Expert Markets (Comparison Website) Meta, Google and LinkedIn to grow leads online. As a member of the Business Markets SME Management team, I help formulate SME Business Strategy annually. Achievements:o Since inception in June 2021 Partner Channel has grown the number of 3Connect seats sold by 300. The Channel is ready for roll out to external B2B Partners in 2024 with a new B2B contract, Salesforce portal and Partner Training created. o Online Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) have grown by 10% Year on Year since 2020 and I developed an Attributional Model for MQLs to understand how advertising, website offers and Direct Mail campaigns affect leads.
