Central to our operations is a proprietary webshop that integrates logistics, warehouse management, and customer loyalty features, providing a seamless shopping experience.Beyond managing the technical infrastructure, I also oversee external integrations, such as leveraging Instagram as a customer-facing platform. By connecting inventory management and content creation through APIs, we streamline sales processes and enhance customer engagement.As part of my technical responsibilities, I have designed and deployed self-hosted server infrastructure to enhance cost-efficiency and flexibility. We are also implementing AI-driven optimizations to automate processes and improve workflows, increasing overall operational efficiency.In addition to technical tasks, I am actively involved in shaping our circular and responsible business model, aligning it with principles of resource efficiency and long-term value creation.
