Responsible for building and maintaining sales channel of leading managed service and application service providers in the United States. The products we provided to our customers included Switched Ethernet, Wavelength Services, SONET, Local & LDPL, full suite of TDM and IP Voice/Data services, DSL, AT&T Mobility Services, Cloud, Hosting, Apllication and Security Services. Handled all customer service issues and executive complaints for my assigned exchanges/wire centers. I was responsible for meeting all OSHA and Corporate Safety requirements ranging from hazardous materials to aerial work to driving safety. Show less Moved to a new technician title that included previous installation, exchange repair and now cable repair responsibilities. I became the subject matter expert on Noise Mitigation and Power System Interference problems in the St. Louis Area. I attended the University of Wisconsin Telecommunications courses that included system engineering, design and mitigation courses. In this role I resolved many chronic noise issues including one that earned me the highest honor awarded by SBC the Rider Award for developing a noise mitigation device using a series of capacitors and inductors to filter a local radio station that had caused chronic issues for multiple customers - this device eliminated the problems without impeding the level of voice quality for the customer.
