  Department: Operation IsocyanatesDivision: MAFNA = Mononitrobenzene/Aniline/Formalin/Nitric Acid Added nature of work; Check/update Layers of Protection Analysis(LOPA) in consultation with the ManRep's, update all Independent Protection Layers IPL segregation forms to support enhanced BPCS (eBPCS), Check in LOPA, P&ID and PCSD’s and Smart Plan Instrumentation(SPI) databases. Build new Safety Requirements Specification (SRS) form’s. Build the new BPCS IPLs Validation Procedures. Build the new LOPA proof test interval schedule forms. Build the new Functional and Visual testing procedure forms. All records documented at Data SIS documentation in SharePoint. Work closely with the Licensors and test the LOPA scenario’s before the plant startup.Realizations:• All IPL segregation forms to support eBPCS are build and this necessary documentation is made available on SharePoint for the MAFNA, ISS and PMDI plant. • All 4 MAFNA plants start-up safely and deliver prime product to the customers.• Send out weekly/monthly alarm reports for the MAFNA plants and reduced alarms with 65%. Lead/Coached/Learned and participate in give and take training to the “Operation of Brine plant” in all what have to do with “Operate the plant” like DCS-ABB system, PCSD’s, PFD’s, PIDs ,PFDs and Code Validation and Operator Training System (CV_OTS). Used my Experiences to support the training efforts of the Sadara Operations Team. All Brine console operators are ABB trained and certified (100%). Received special recognition from Don Taylor in VIP tent during M&E Leaders meeting, for outstanding contribution in developing excellent and in-depth training system manual for console operators. Had much contact with Vendors, Third-Party PLC system, Billfinger (Filter Press), FAM (Reclaimer) and Salt Partner/Merz (Crushers) for loop checking and clarification how it has to work before update the PCSD’s, P&ID’s and finally the DCS system. Lead Foundation Fieldbus project’s and solve all issues from punch list by good communications with all PLC Vendors and involved Production/Engineering/Maintenance/Analytical people. Meet licensor/vendor performance tests and Update all PA-Operating Procedures. Good consultation with instrument people for solving issues in the Foundation Fieldbus instrumentation (FF) what’s lead to unnecessary parameters alarms in the DCS system. Followed: 4 day’s training ‘Leader as Coaches Program’. Jubail (ABB) Load Evaluate and Go (LEG)course and (ABB) 491 Safety Controller Configuration course. Show less
