  As a clinical nutritionist in a clinic, my primary responsibility was assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing customized nutrition plans to address their health concerns. I worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them make positive changes in their dietary habits and improve their overall health and well-being. In addition to individual consultations, I also collaborated closely with other healthcare providers in the clinic, such as physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure that patients received comprehensive and coordinated care.This involved attending multidisciplinary team meetings, reviewing patient medical records, and communicating closely with other members of the healthcare team to make sure that our patients' nutritional needs were being addressed holistically.As a clinical nutritionist in a clinic setting, I also conducted periodic assessments and evaluations of patients to track their progress and adjust their nutrition plans as necessary. I remained current in my knowledge of the latest research and guidelines related to clinical nutrition, and used evidence-based practices to provide the best care possible for my patients. Show less
