  Leading international implementations of banking solutions for 2 Indian public sector banks and 1 public bank of Philippines, I was managing foreign branches in 8 countries of APAC and South American region.   During this tenure, I managed 2 significant projects: – Retail Implementation Rollout - I concluded a project which was running for >2 years and generated additional revenue by customization of business operations. I have formulated a framework for upselling services which yielded in constant revenue thereby additional maintenance services. System Transformation Project – I carried out system transformation for technical evolutions for upstream/downstream applications and coordinated with application vendors for integration, migration and rollout spanning across 15 months.Covering 88 bank branches, I concluded ‘Go-live’ rollout for retail module in core banking solution.
