      Accountable for Business Change within the Digital Banking department, Jamie was responsible for managing the entire business change project lifecycle: ensuring that projects run to plan, budget and scope, encompassing comprehensive change control, issue and risk management, quality and governance standards. Working with agile methodology, deliverables include managing customer and colleague treatment plans, KDPs and Go/no Go decisions. Projects delivered include:Mobile Banking Retail and Business app: Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of ScotlandAligned to the Mobile Transformation theme, the programme delivered the first native iPhone and Android apps for Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers. With a £32m budget and a roll out to 5 million customers, Jamie was accountable for the management of operational areas which included 16,000 branch colleagues. The role required the development of innovative treatment plans, communications and training material and solutions for the digitisation of the branch network. The business change element was the first time Mobile Banking had been so integrated into branch channel onboarding processes. Mobile Banking Colleague pilot: Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of ScotlandThe rollout strategy for the apps included a large scale colleague pilot delivered to over 1,500 colleagues, This unique approach was identified during the planning phase. The pilot was rolled out through a number of large colleague presentations, including events at Wembley Stadium and Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Based on post pilot research conducted, colleagues understood the product better and are more confident promoting the app. Mobile banking registrations in branch has now increased by 15 per cent. The pilot also identified a number of defects that were not observed in testing.Online Appointment Booking: Lloyds, HBOSThe project has forecasted 213,000 appointments booked within the first year with over £16m in benefits expected over 3 years.
