  I worked at HAC Agri Limited (Pakistan's First Controlled Atmosphere Plant)located in Lahore, Pakistan. The plant has 20 CA rooms with a capacity of 150 tons eachsumming up to a total of 3,000 tons. There are also 3 high tech blast chillers for pre-cooling(before putting the product in the CA rooms). The high tech & advanced CA equipment hasbeen procured from a legendary Italian firm which is the most reliable name in CA Storage.The plant has customized washing, grading, waxing and innovative packaging for Nationaland International customers. As Assistant Manager E&I, my roles and responsibilities are:Planning and management of installation, commissioning & testing of electrical system(power generation, power distribution, control system & instrumentation) of plant.To implement preventive and corrective maintenance planning & scheduling for thesmooth operation of plant.Improvement, modification and expansion activities (Planning and execution).To carry out spare parts & inventory management to control cost and meet budgetrequirement.To implement and develop the SOPs for the energy & load management & calculationof energy cost.Diesel & Gas Generators:Installation, Commissioning, Operation & maintenance of diesel & gas generators(Wartsila, Caterpillar & Cummins).Synchronization of grid with power plant and the development of energy & loadmanagement SOPs.PLC, DCS & SCADA System:Implementation of simulation logic for process test.Testing of implemented controls and graphics & troubleshooting while testing.PLC, DCS & Instrumentation:Troubleshooting of PLC(Siemens,Schneider) with the help of ladderlogic.Calibration and testing of I/Pconverters, thermocouples, PT100and transmitters.Protection Relays:Installation, maintenance andtesting of ABB and Schneiderprotection relays.Relay testing with secondaryinjection set(Freja 3000) andcalibration as per network.Generators:Operation, maintenance and testingof generators up to 12kV by ABB. Show less I am working at Interloop Limited 15.5 MW tri-fuel (HFO, Diesel, Gas) power plant project located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The plant consists of 2 Wartsila engines (W16V34DF, 7.7MW) and 2 waste heat recovery boilers. The plant consists of 2 Wartsila engines (W9L34DF, 3.8MW) and 3 Caterpillar engines (C175-20/D3512B, 2.4/1.2 MW).
