Highlights: Successfully implemented the financial operations for the new startup subsidiary which was delivered on time & under budget by $174M.  Implemented a full SOX framework in fifteen months.  Accelerated the close cycle by two days. Successfully integrated operations of this new subsidiary into the South American division. Hired and trained a full staff of Suriname Nationals as accountants and transaction processors. Drove the successful implementation of SAP for Suriname business unit including blueprinting, business process re-engineering, testing & acceptance, change management and end user adoption.
