  Since joining BCI in September 1996, I have been blessed to wear many hats over the years and to be mentored by some very wonderful people, most especially Ted Hontz (CAPT, USN retired). I have progressed from being a receptionist, facility security officer, contracts administrator, to contracts manager, performed subcontracts management. I earned my bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Mary Washington in 2005. 2012 was when I earned my MBA from Liberty University in March and in October, was appointed as BCI Dahlgren's Director of Contracts & Proposals. In January 2013, I was dual hatted by being appointed BCI Corporate HR Manager responsible for establishing a standardized corporate HR program including the development of policies and procedures. In this role, I work for BCI's President and CEO, Sailesh Chowdhury. Within BCI's Dahlgren Division, I remain the Director for Consulting and Training. As a Program Director, it is my privilege to assist the task leaders and professional staff assigned to me.In August 2017, I earned the privilege of being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Contracting. It has been such an honor to serve our nation's military since 1990. Show less
