Responsible for training and overseeing Construction Coordinators in all aspects of the position. Produce weekly Production Reports, Backlog Analysis and Started/Un-started homes reports for corporate reporting. Account reconciliation for construction department accounts. Request and track all refunds from various municipalities. Order all supplies and equipment for construction superintendents in the field. Responsible for safety signage and all safety materials required for Sales Trailers. Process permits needed for production homes. This included all building, sales trailer (both city and state) and conversion permits. Request and track for all Dust Control permits required by environmental agencies. Generate all starts to the field personnel and subcontractors for new builds as well as any updated paperwork needed for on going homes. Provide support for all field personnel regarding scheduling, trade issues and municipality conflicts. Responsible for all General Electric appliance orders using GE Customer Net. Maintain start control and release tracking logs in order to track all homes in production for starts and updated information. Quality assurance forms, groundbreakings and orientation walkthroughs were tracked and evaluated. Track and code all Models Dec invoices and create journal entries when needed to adjust budgets. Track and issue monthly payments for school impact fees included in land acquisition agreements. Responsible for General Electric appliance orders using GE Customer Net. Process and issue all non contract Field Work Orders and Back charges to trades and field superintendents Track Insurance requirements for all subcontractors in conjunction with ALEA.
